• Is there any cost for the Price Quote services?
  Price Quote is free for consumers to use on PersonalWatercraft.com.
• Will I be charged for using these services?
  The PersonalWatercraft.com Dealer Price Quotes is completely free to use.
• Do I have any obligation to purchase a vehicle from one of the dealers on Price Quote?
  You have absolutely no obligation to purchase anything from anybody.
• How can a dealer quote a price on a trade-in?
  Trade-in value is just an estimate. When the dealer actually sees the trade-in, the price may change depending on the condition of the bike.
• Are dealers obligated to honor their price quotes?
  Dealers are under no obligation to honor their price quotes. However, any dealer that regularly quotes a price and doesn’t honor it is probably not going to stay in business for long.
• How will dealers contact me with price quotes?
  Dealers can provide their estimates along with their contact information on your Price Quote profile page or, if you choose, you can ask for them to contact you by phone by selecting a call option for your Contact Preference. You will receive an email notification if a dealer has responded to your request on your Price Quote profile page. Below is a sample of your Price Quote Profile page with Dealer Responses:
  
  
• Will dealers have access to my personal information?
  The only information dealers will have access to is your name and what city you live in. Your Email address, and street address will not be shared with dealers. Your phone number will not be displayed either unless you elect to have dealers reach you by telephone. Below is a sample of what the dealers will view in your profile:
  
  
• Why am I having a problem when I enter my ZIP code?
  Your ZIP code should be entered only as a five-digit number without spaces at the end or beginning. Do not enter the optional four digits in your nine-digit ZIP code.
