3rd cylinder not firing

Have a 900 and the 3rd cylinder is not firing. Have replaced the plug 2x with a new one. The plug fires when being grounded out of the engine. Because we lost a cylinder 2 years ago we pulled the head to look at the cylinder it is fine. I know I should have just done a compression test. Anyway anyone got a suggestion on where I should look next?

sounds electrical boss try testing coils or at least the wire going to the plug and just go backwards from there
